CS sides?

Do you still get a side with a CS meal if you dont get a combo? Last year at Pinocchio Village Haus I got a pizza, figaro fries, drink and dessert as a CS meal. If you go to Casey's Corner do you just get a hot dog, drink and dessert for a TS meal since they dont have a combo meal? From what I read it says for CS you get an entree, dessert and drink or combo meal, dessert and drink.
