CS opening times

or more specifically CLOSING times!
Is there anywhere online we can see CS opening times before we go to WDW, or don't they plan that far ahead? Its mainly to try to ensure that the CS places we particularly want to eat at, we fit into the itinerary. DH hasn't forgotten how we arrived at CHH one day about 5pm to discover it had shut at 4pm-he was gutted!

If you go to Disney's website and type in the CS place you want to check in the search window, you can then go to that places page and the times for that restaurant are available for about 10 days out. I just tried it with CHH and can see the operating hours up until October 21. It's on the right side of the page just above the map.
