CS menu items a la carte?

Just wondering if you can buy items such as a burger or hot dog at a CS without the side?

Our DD would sometimes prefer an adult selection rather than a kids meal but as she is only 2 we can still share a side. It just seems a waste if I need to buy 2 meals.

Yes - just tell the order taker exactly what you want. Done this many times with my husband and me. He gets a basket, I get just the sandwich and we share the fries. Very easy.

I also do this as the fries are way more then my husband and I can eat...on two meals so I get the hamburger and he gets the meal with the side......

And a third opinion the same as the first two! It is easy to order just the sandwich. My daughter and I share the fries lots of times. Another option is to order one with fries and one with apples so you have some of each.

Disney quick service fries aren't all that great so the apples are often a good choice. You can save them for a snack later on if you don't want them with lunch or dinner.

In the past at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe I have ordered a Hot Dog without French Fries, because I already had French Fries with the Cheeseburger which I also ordered.
