CS Lunch Hours

How early do the CS restaurants start serving lunch? I read another poster say they eat lunch at 10:30 AM.

I was thinking it was 11:00 but I could be wrong. I know last week when we were there, several times we ate right at 11:00 and it looked like we were some of the first to arrive.

I think it's different at different restaurants. I remember once wanting to do an early (10:30) lunch at Pecos Bills, but having to go to Casey's instead, because PB wasn't open yet.
