We're on the QSDP for June, and my strategy is to pick up bakery items from the parks as we leave each day to take back to the resort and save for breakfast the next day. We are all set since we will be camping in our travel trailer at FW and will be able to store the food in our fridge.

So I've identified at least one bakery-type establishment in each park for things like muffins, cinnamon rolls, sweet breads, etc. The only thing is that I don't know the hours for these places. Would hate to plan for next day's breakfast only to stop by in the evening as we leave and find the place closed. Do you know the hours of these places? I can't seem to find out this info anywhere on the web.

MK
Main Street Bakery

Epcot
Sunshine Seasons
Fountain View Bakery

DHS
Starring Rolls Cafe

AK
Kusafari Coffee Shop

Thanks for your help,

Starring Rolls is not open in the evening - I think they close around 4 p.m. or so. I know we've stopped at Main Street Bakery as late as 10 p.m. but never have stopped when leaving evening EMH, so can't help you there. One thing, though, about shopping late for breakfast goods is that you may find the selection quite limited the later it gets at night. In September, even at 9:00 P.M. I would say they were down to about 1/2 the usual amount of selections. One thing we did find was that our resort counter service restaurant always had a fairly good selection of good pastries, too. Chocolate croissants seemed to be in most park bakeries & at our resort (POP century had them.)

In Epcot -- don't know about the ones you listed, but I can tell you that the Kringla Bakery in Norway IS open during evening EMH at Epcot (Norway has one of the rides that stays open during EMH) and that bakery has fabulous pastries. Two great choices there are the famous school bread (a bread-like doughnut shaped roll with a light glaze & toasted coconut & has a creamy filling in the center), and the sweet almond soft pretzel (huge soft pretzel with a vanilla glaze absolutely covered with slivered almonds.) Those are our two favorites there, but there are many other choices, too.

We always went back to the resort mid-day...that's when we got our next-day breakfast pastries. Worked much better for us than trying to find pastries during the mass exodus. But if you're not going back mid-day:confused3

Remember to bring some extra-large ziplock baggies to put the bakery to-go boxes in. Those boxes are not airtight, so your pastries will dry out if they're not in a ziplock. We took the 2 gallon size - at least a couple of over-sized pastry boxes will fit in those.
