CS dinner and Wishes at resort?

One evening we would like to have dinner and see Wishes at one of the resorts. Which would you recommend and why?
 
Captain cooks cs at poly. Delicious noodle bowls. Not sure if you are allowed on the beach to watch wishes if you are not staying at poly

Yes you most certainly are allowed at the beach even if you are not starting at Poly. Pool hopping is another thing!!!
