CS Desserts on DDP Question

This is my first time on DDP. We are planning to get CS at the Polynesian for dinner our first night at Trader Sams (I think that's the name). We will probably want to get Dole Whip for dessert but it's offered at a different location at Poly. Is it possible to get the entre and dessert in different locations on DDP?

Trader Sam's is the bar. I don't think you can use a QS or a TS credit there. It's not listed on the brochure.

You can use a QS credit at Captain Cook's and get the dole whip as your dessert.

Whenever you use a table service or counter service credit all the entitlements have to be used at the same time at the same location so you cannot get the entree at one place, then go elsewhere for the dessert.

Yes, you're right, it is Captain Cook's that I meant to reference. But it doesn't look like they have Dole whip. It looks like you have to go to Pineapple Lanai for that (based on Touring Plans menus, we've not been to Poly before) which would mean that we could not get it as our dessert, right?

You could get fruit for your dessert then go to a stand and get it with a snack credit if you have your heart set on it.

I am pretty sure I've seen reports of people getting the dole whip with their lunch/dinner at Captain Cook's. Please, someone who knows for sure, come along and help out this DISser!
