CS closing times at AK

How soon do the CS restaurants close before AK Closes? I wanted to plan for dinner at Flame Tree. If the park closes at 6pm want time will Flame tree close? and if it closes at 6pm how much time will we have to eat?

I seem to remember the restaurants closing about an hr before the parks (I was sad in Jan when the park closed at 5 and Flame Tree was closed at 4:15!). If you get there to get your food, you should have plenty of time to eat. I love Flame Tree and sitting down by the water!
