CS at Resorts

Any recommendations for counter service restaurants at any of the resorts? In other words, are there any SO good it would be worth a trip to that resort?

Never had any memorable CS resort visits (at least not in a good way!) The decor and atmosphere of the resorts are pretty neat and there are some decent dishes at some of the CS. Like the Muffaletta at POFQ and the sandwiches at Roaring Fok at WL. We love to resort hop and eat at the different places. Loads of fun....
