How is the food and service at the Crystal Palace? We're not interested in character dining since it's just 2 adults, more interested in the quality of the food. TIA

I love their breakfast!!! So good.

I have been there for dinner and I think they food is very good. Good variety. I prefer breakfast there though. So yummy!

Been eating here for years. The food was always good and so was the service.

We love the breakfast there, but if I wasn't interested in Pooh & friends I don't think that I would dine at CP. It's full of kids and a bit crazy - lots of fun if you are into the characters &/or have kids.

Sorry folks, I should have mentioned that we are thinking about dinner there. I guess that might make a difference.

My DH LOVES their food--it's a must for him every time. I like it too. Good variety on the dinner buffet!!

While the food is okay, I would not dine here if I was not interested in the character meets.

Yeah the dinner is really good.

I ate lunch there in 1999 and thought it was just okay.
We tried it again for lunch a few weeks ago and I thought it was good. Plenty of stuff to pick from, great coos-coos salad. It is such a pretty place. I would actually prefer it become a full service non character dining establisment.

We've eaten dinner there a couple of times (last year and in 2007) and didn't think it was that great. The food is roughly Golden Corral quality; certainly not worth the cost to us.

We went for dinner and I loved it but my husband really dis-liked the food. We mostly went for our young child to meet Winnie the Pooh but out of all our dining experiences we felt this was a bit over priced for what you get. I would recommend going to CRT if you want really delicious food and a very special dining experience. The lamb or pork chops there are fantastic. I know a lot of people might disagree with me on this one but we really enjoyed CRT.

I wouldn't go here if I didn't want to see the characters. Its just a marginal buffet like Golden Corral, etc. There are MUCH better places to eat.

(PS. I have CP breakfast booked, but that is so we can see the characters!)

For breakfast DH and I love it but for dinner I would go to Tony's or another TS place instead.....CP is good but the last time we went there (Aug 08) the food was too salty and the noise level was ridiculous

i actually like CP. being a picky eater, i liked their options. i am an adult and went with my parents. it wasn't a big deal about the characters being around, it's disney afterall!!! they had some type of pulled pork last time was there, it was really good. actually one of the best meals i had at disney (could be cause if i didn't like something, i could actually go get something else) where as with a regular TS i had to eat it or starve.

I have only eaten there 1 time, for lunch. It was last summer. I have 2 DDs (8&10) we will never eat there again. IMO 1900PF's buffet had a much nicer selection. The noise level is outrageous. The amount of children just running around was amazing. I understand that this is a child friendly restaurant but, c'mon - I would never allow my DDs to just run amuck while eating out in public! We ate there because I have always loved the building from the outside and wanted to see it from the inside. I can now say, 'been there, done that'.
