Can someone please tell me what the Crystal Palace is like and if two boys ages 9 and 11 would enjoy it. I need to find two more table service reservations and am struggling. Thanks! Oh, I was thinking for dinner.

I think CP is one of the better regarded character meals/buffets, so you'd do much worse than CP.

We have been to CP 3 times and enjoyed it each time. Our boys, now 13 and 15, still enjoy seeing the "Pooh" characters and the food is quite good for a buffet.

pooh: We love the CP and try to go every visit! My ds loves the characters even though he is now a tween and looks forward to our ressies there. We have always had a great experience with both food and the characters! :eeyore:

Our boys enjoyed it. It was fairly crowded, though, and we never saw Eyore. The line at the buffet was quite long, but it was during free dining. It was our longest wait all week--to go in and to get our food.

Garden Grill was our favorite table service by far. It is at The Land at Epcot. They serve family style and if you like what they offer (being family style, it is limited but all you can eat), you might enjoy that as well. Farmer Mickey, Pluto, and Chip & Dale. We went right when they opened at lunch. We have a table facing out and it felt quite private. Food and service was super when we were there.

we have been to CP with and without kids......we all loved the food and the atmosphere........excellent for everything....

We went last week with DDs (4 & 6) and DS (9). We loved the food options and taste and all 3 kids loved the characters. I was really amazed at how much DS enjoyed meeting any characters. I wasn't sure he'd be into it at all, but it brought a cute smile to his face every time.

:thumbsup2 One of my favorite character meals and the food is really tasty. You can't go wrong with CP. Enjoy!

We ate here just last week. The food is very good but it is a very noisy restaurant. So if you're cool with that, you'll enjoy. We loved everything we got off the buffet. If we had a complaint, it would be that it was noisy and crowded and we usually don't go for that but it was worth the trade off for a good filling meal.

I went in Sept with my 2 sons 10 and 13 years old. They were fine with it. Pooh is one of my favorites, so they both watched it when they were younger. They enjoyed some character interaction and even let me take some photos. They thought Tigger was da bomb. Food was really good too and lots of variety.

We took two boys age 11 last January and they enjoyed it so much, we went back another day of our trip. The character appearances are great and the Eyeore parade was so cute.

My husband and I are going in January and that is the only reservation I made. We loved the food, especially the breakfast lasagna!

We enjoy the Crystal Palace with or without characters. It's a good meal, and the characters are a bonus.

It is noisy and not the best food at dinner. Chef Mickeys at the contemporary is much better.
