Crystal Palace or Liberty Tree Tavern?

We are looking for a new place to try at magic Kingdom for dinner. Which one should we try, crystal palace or Liberty tree tavern? We haven't been to either, only Tony's and CRT.

In case this help you narrow it down: Crystal Palace is a buffet with characters; LTT is served family style with no characters.

We LOVE Crystal Palace. It is noisy, but the food is really great with a wide variety of choices for everyone. Kids can get anything on the main buffet or pizza, mac and cheese, nuggets, etc..

We've never had a bad meal there and look forward to going next week!

If you're going for dinner, I'd say Liberty Tree Tavern is the way to go unless characters are a must since the food is classic Thanksgiving style faire that I really love. I've not heard good things about dinner at Crystal Palace at all, but I know first hand that breakfast there is great.

CP since it's a buffet offers a big variety of foods where LTT is a set menu. As other posters have said it's also a matter of deciding whether you want characters or not too. LTT used to offer a character dinner but they did away with it at the beginning of January. Not sure why.

Another vote for CP. We enjoy LTT but mainly for the character interaction. Food is ok, but they've got to up the stakes a little before we'll go there without the characters.

On the other hand, CP has been awesome all 4 times we've eaten there!

We love CP for breakfast but prefer LTT for dinner. We mainly like basic American comfort food and this just wasn't what CP offered. But, everyone has their own likes and dislikes and I am just telling you what we would choose. Good Luck!!!!

Crystal Palace for brakfast lunch or dinner. The food there is always good and its a character meal. I've never been to Liberty Tree Tavern so that's affecting my opinion but I have never had a bad meal at Crystal Palace.

We love the food at LTT. We have ADR's for LTT upcoming in April even without the characters. Oh just a side note we are eating breakfast at Crystal Palace.

We love both..the characters at the CP are great, as is the food, but we love LTT for dinner..I'm pretty sad there are no more characters, but I love the family style food.
I think you would be happy with either one

Crystal Palace is a must do for us every trip. I do not eat seafood but I tried their salmon and OMG........I was in LOVE!
