My kids like Winnie the Pooh characters.

I know that the breakfast is the better meal at Crystal Palace but I can only get dinner.

Should I do dinner there or just meet the characters at the parks?

If so, where can I meet them?

Aside from Crystal Palace, Pooh and Tigger meet beside the ride and at 1900 Park Fare breakfast. Piglet and Eeyore only meet at CP, Halloween Parties and Christmas parties. So it depends on who they want. I love all the Winnie the Pooh characters so I am doing CP.

We have only done Breakfast & Lunch, but WDW has been doing this lunch is the same as dinner menu for places now. For us it was a nice break in the day. Lunch was one of my kids better meals.

Lunch and dinner are just fine at Crystal Palace. It's not signature, but it's decent food in an air-conditioned space.

CP has okay food but plan on a long dining experience. It takes all four characters forever to get around to the tables!

so if my ADR time is at 4:55 on a MNSSHP night..is that fine? Or should I try to get an earlier time like 4:30pm?

MNSSHP starts at 7pm? If so, you will be fine. We had a 7am breakfast reservation on an 8am opening day and we saw two characters by 7:50!

Yes, it starts at 7pm.

An issue at CP is that it is a really big restaurant, but it has good sightlines. So they can have all 4 characters out at once, and rotate for continuous character coverage, but they can't have more than one set on the floor at any time.

There aren't a lot of restaurants where they can have dupe characters out, really, but CP is huge.

Are you going to MNSSHP? If so and characters are a big draw, I would do an earlier time if at all possible (or not do a TS at all).

I agree. I believe Jack and Sally started meeting at 5 and the 7 dwarfs started at 6 last year? So people will start lining up at 4-5:00.
