Crystal Palace character dining Q

I too am hopeful that character dining will be back for 2022. Crystal Palace is great - especially for kids of that age. We always did lunch there because the morning hours are so great to get rides in before the park gets crowded. It also gave my kids a nice midday break. Another poster suggested making a late breakfast reservation - I think that's a good way to still get some early am ride time and then have your Mickey waffles.

This is so true! We booked our upcoming March 2021 trip around 3 months out and the CM asked us if we needed help booking restaurants. I said we still had a few weeks to go before we could book ADRs and she said no, we can book at 180 days! Haha, just thanked her and went on my way.

That said I agree it is likely characters will be back in 2022. Maybe the CM you spoke to was thinking the same thing.

Wow that's interesting, you would think they would need to know all current policies. I'm hoping characters will be back! I know our kids don't know any different yet and we'd have fun either way-. I think it would be magical for them.

My kids are 18 and 22, and Crystal Palace breakfast is still a must do for us I expect character dining will be back by 2022 and definitely recommend Crystal Palace. We usually book an 8:05 slot to be finished before the park officially opens, but with the change to opening each park 30 minutes early for resort guests (not yet started, but coming), we might have to rethink that.

Aww this is so sweet to hear! Maybe it can be our tradition too That's good to note about early park opening. 8:05 breakfast sounds perfect for our family though!

Oh a break at lunch sounds good too! If we did a late breakfast, that seems like the best of both worlds. Would that be around 11:00 to book to get both breakfast/lunch food? I'll have to tell my TA this plan so she can guide me through this
