Crystal Palace breakfast

I'm planning ADRs for our August trip. On 8/9, MK opens at 9:00 and CP opens at 8. I was thinking about reserving at 8 figuring we'll be done by 9, when the park opens, and hopefully can get a good number of rides in before the crowds arrive. Good plan, or should we arrive early for rope drop and eat later? Thanks!

I think this is still a viable option although it no longer offers the advantages that it once did. Now with them opening the gate to let everyone meander and shop on Main St you could find yourself behind the RD crowd.

Also keep in mind that the characters may not all get to you by 9AM so if you are there to see them maybe opt for the later breakfast.
