Crystal Palace: breakfast or lunch?

Which do you prefer? I switched my 11:40am ADR for a 8:25am one.. mistake or good choice?

Depends on if you like to be there during rope drop or not. With those times I would prefer the 11:40 just so I could get all the fantasy rides in before lunch. We have a 8:05 breakfast at CP and excited just to get pics of the park with no one in it!!

Well I've never been to Disney, so I don't know if I'd like to be there during rope drop. LOL That isn't a day with EMH, so I'm hoping we'll get out not too much past opening.

If you have never experienced it before, I would say go for breakfast. Walking down Main Street practically empty is priceless, and will make your trip extra magical.

I would say breakfast. But Dinner is my favorite. My family called me moooomy the last time we ate there because I ate like a cow!

We absolutely LOVE breakfast there, but have never had lunch there, so can't compare.

Definitely agree. We do CP early on the first day of every Disney vacation.

CP lunch/dinner is ok, but we love CP for breakfast - our favorite breakfast in WDW.

good choice but I would try for earlier..if you get an 805 reservation you can be out by rope drop

Thank you everyone! Glad to see it looks like I made the right choice. I will try for an earlier reservation, but I think I got lucky getting the 8:25 considering we leave on June 6.

Crystal Palace is huge. Keep calling to see if you can get earlier. At 8:25am, you'll be waiting for the characters to get to you after the park opens.
