So we are headed to Disney for 8 days. We are already doing Akershus Princess breakfast and CRT. We have done Chef Mickey's before and enjoyed it.

We typically, if we book a breakfast, book at like 10 or 11, so that we can "save" and do it as a brunch type meal where we just have a light snack for lunch later before dinner.

My question is, I hear everyone raving about CP's breakfast, how is the dinner?

Currently we have an ADR for dinner there, but should I change it to a breakfast, or is the food "good enough" for dinner?

Sorry....I can't offer any advice on dinner as we've never done it. But it is by far our favorite character breakfast--love the puffed french toast.

 I'm the opposite......I've never eaten there for breakfast, but have for dinner and it's wonderful! :) The character interaction is great; if you're there at least an hour they even come around a second time. As for the food, I think it's one of the best buffets in Disney. The prime rib is out of this world and they have the best dessert bar.

The same for me...except it is second behind chef mickey's for a breakfast for me

This is our absolute favorite breakfast spot. We haven't done it for dinner yet, but we should get around to it soon.

I would most definitely pick breakfast. We have hit CP for breakfast a few times. Last week, we went there for lunch and found it to be mediocre, at best. I don't think lunch or dinner is as enjoyable as the morning time. It is definitely a better experience then.

Can't really answer the poll ... We will be there for dinner in less than 2 weeks & breakfast 3 days after that...

We had dinner there in December and weren't impressed. The food was okay, the character interaction was nothing more than a signature in dd's book and posing for a photo...but the service was HORRID!

We will definitely not put CP on our "must do" list anytime soon!

We have done both dinner and breakfast there and really prefer breakfast. But we decided this year after 3 trips that if we prefer breakfast for the buffets. Isn't the most economical use of the dining plan but we really don't like the dinner buffets at these character meals!

IMO, they are both great, I love the offerings they have for breakfast, but I just prefer dinner any where over breakfast.

I voted breakfast because that is all we have ever done.

I love starting my MK day there. It is a great breakfast and I have been lucky enough to always have a view of the castle while I eat my breakfast and meet and greet with the Pooh characters.

I think it's a great way to start the day. I tend to get tired towards dinner time and just want a relaxing meal at that time of the day.

Hope you have a great time whatever you decide to do.

BOTH! I love CP, it is this grown up gals fave! The food is great, the service is always awesome, and they will really "do it up" for special occasions here. We suprised DS witha 7 day trip for his 5th b-day, and had his b-day dinner here. We had confetti, streamers, a b-day hat all waiting for us, and we paid for a cake, which Pooh and Tigger delivered to the table. DS got to lead the parade, too. Breakfast here has this puffed french toast that I could eat 'til it comes out of my ears it is sooooo good. I can't vote, too torn!

I think both are ok, but I would do dinner, just because of the other offerings at MK for dinner do not excite me.
