I love it. It's like trifle -- cream and fruit and cake melded together. I think pudding may also be involved. It's a sweet sensation and an unexpected surprise.

Honestly I found it to taste very similar to muffins, and then creamy pudding. I'd rather just have a muffin...or honestly I'd rather have the puffed french toast!

We have tried it a few times and not cared for it much but this past Oct they put out a fresh dish and I was the first one to dig into it and it was fantastic! Lots of custard and fruit and wow it was great when it hasnt been sitting under a heat lamp for a while.

That is not at all what I was thinking. I thought it would be more like eggs, meat and cheese, like a quiche. That looks yummy. And thanks Hootch for the recipe.
