Crystal Palace - August

I dutifully woke up at 4:30 a.m. today to try and book a prepark opening at my daughter's request for her birthday at Crystal Palace on 8/14. The system was freezing at first, then around 6 was able to access it and it was saying "no times available" at ALL for crystal palace. Closed out, logged back in, back and forth and no change, and nothing clickable on any other dates other than TODAY for Crystal Palace. Has anyone ever run into a problem like this before? I was able to get an 8:10 at BOG which will be a nice compromise but it is so strange. My first thought was that maybe CP might go offline for a refurb then, but it was not taking ANY bookings at all, breakfast lunch or dinner for ANY dates. Today was the only date in bold, and if you clicked on it "No Times Available" hard formatted into the drop down time bar. so strange! Had no trouble searching for CP times yesterday when I was looking to see what was available on 8/13 to get an idea of whether or not I would be able to get an early time.

Called in and got exactly what I wanted Just a glitch in the system with CP, probably worked to my benefit since noone could book it online! So if anyone else has having trouble, go old school and use the phone!
