We had ADRs for Crystal Palace night before last at 7:40 pm. It was an evening EMH night and the park was PACKED. I wouldn't think this would influence a TS restaurant much since they require ADRs but... we were 50 minutes getting seated. Well, it was chaos in there. So loud!

Here's where the good stuff starts: Wonderful service, loving sweet characters, and really great food! I was shocked to find that this buffet had some of the best salmon I have ever had - moist and perfectly seasoned. About as non-fishy as salmon can be. Also the baked chicken was done and yet moist, not dried out and hard as I expected it to be. The mashed potatoes were creamy and "real" tasting. The broccoli was tender-crisp, not over-cooked. The mussels were tasty and hot. The rolls were warm and soft. And the desserts! I had a tiny fresh blueberry topped tart and a slice of lemon cream pie. Mmmm Mmmm good!

Since we were just enjoying greeting the characters and not wanting autographs or pictures, all of them (except Pooh) stopped by our table and either gave us a kiss or a squeeze, so sweet!

All in all, it was some of the best food we had on our trip. Despite the delay and the noise, I would definitely return again - for, surprisingly, the food! :lovestruc
