So, I planned a day back at 180 days out where I scheduled a PPO 8:15am character breakfast at Crystal Palace and then a dinner at 'Ohana later that day at 5:40pm. Since that day in June, the PPO changed to being during the first hour MK will be open and I got sold on the 1900 PF character holiday brunch (and yes, this year, it now has characters, a change from the past) at 1:05pm.
I now have three TS AYCE buffets scheduled in one day. No.
-There is an argument to ditch Crystal Palace as it is now during peak RD first hour at MK. But my 2.5yo HAS to eat there for the Hundred Acres Wood gang, and the only other time Crystal Palace works for us is the very next day, our checkout day and again at 8-ish, right with rope drop. Not sure we can leave at 7am for the park if we have to finish packing and checking out before we go to MK. (We're staying at the Cabins at FW, in case it matters.)
-There is an argument to ditch 1900 PF as being relatively too close to the other two meals. But I really really want strawberry soup, to eat at the GF, and my youngest son is an Alice fan. The holiday brunch doesn't start until our second-to-last day at WDW. So it's this insane day, or never.
-There is an argument to ditch 'Ohana as it is a carnivore feast that some of my party of six won't really dig into it. It's also the one I am least interested in. I just thought that it would be a nice Final Dinner of our stay, since so many others love it.
Right now, I am inclined to cancel 'Ohana, and just nom nom nom that morning and early afternoon before returning to our cabin for a break before our final night at the park. I would like to change things, like maybe have a Crystal Palace dinner that day, but I had had ZERO luck in November with the Touring Plans reservation finder in that I think "too many" people use it now (unlike this summer, when it really helped), and when a rare shot comes up for my party of six, someone always beats me to it.
What else should I know and consider?

Totally changing dining issues now, I have some questions about the Candlelight Processional meal packages (not just for dinner anymore!) at Epcot. I have an ADR for a 10:25am breakfast package at Garden Grill, which I did mainly for the CP part. Since that reservation was made, though, I have had my kids fall in love with the idea of eating in a rotating restaurant that is in an attraction. (Sounds cool to me, too.) Meanwhile, I'm getting the sense that two of my kids will just not really enjoy the CP (and DH might not, either). Too long, too solemn, not razzle-dazzle enough. So now I want my GG breakfast, but don't really want the CP part. (The CP pkg costs us $35 more, as well, BTW.)
Can I call and adjust the reservation to ditch the CP pkg? Or is it all or nothing? Do you get vouchers for CP that I could give away as pixie dust to some random strangers?

I would get rid of 'Ohana. It is an expensive meal that lately is hit or miss, so if your group is not all on board, it may not be fun.

I would keep both CP and 1900 PF because it seems to me that you have folks who want to to be there. If you are not worried about missing RD, and that first hour, CP for your little one is well worth it. Try to check in a little early, more for meal spacing than anything else.

1900 PF may or may not be running on time, so the spacing might be okay.

The CP packages are not interchangeable with the normal ADR's, so if you do not think you all will want to enjoy the show, I would call and try to modify this ADR. If you cannot, and if you still want the meal, you can gift the vouchers to someone after you dine. WE often will do this with Fantasmic vouchers if we decide not to stay for the show.

CP is a time commitment. I love it and always go, but not all of my family is as "enthusiastic".

Cancel Ohana and keep trying to move Crystal Palace to a more convenient time during your trip. Maybe call the dining line and see if they can find something.

I would keep Crystal Palace and 1900 and cancel Ohana. If you want to try and change breakfast to dinner, keep trying. Check several times a day. Check when you arrive. People change their plans, people cancel especially with the cancellation fees.

Hurray for pixie dust! After having six Touring Plans finds slipped through my fingers before I could book them online, today I captured one for Crystal Palace two days earlier at 10am. We'll do RD, then dine with Pooh! (And Tigger, too.) So now the 1pm 1900 PF brunch can be the first sit-down meal of the day on our last full day and I won't be too full from a CP breakfast to sip half a gallon of strawberry soup! ;-).
Thank you so much for the opinions and suggestions. It all helped clarify things.
Oh, and people going in mid-Dec might want to watch the December Cancellation thread. ;-)

Also, I called the dining line and the CM said he could not modify my Garden Grill breakfast CP pkg to a regular ADR, but I was free to pass out vouchers.
