Crush Autograph Book cover?

I'm making autograph books for three girls going on a MAW trip and I'm looking for an autograph book cover with Crush on it. If anyone can make one, I'd like it to say:

Delaney's Autograph Book

Walt Disney World 2009

Here is a crush t-shirt with Delaney's name. I wasn't sure what color t-shirt you were going to use. If you want to use this design and need me to change the border color just let me know.

Here it is with a brown border that matches Crush's shell and will better compliment a light blue t-shirt. If you want a different color...let me know.
