My family will be sailing on the Fantasy in August 2014. As of right now it is my 2 sons ages 18 & 14 at the time of sail plus my parents, my boyfriend and myself. My sons and I sailed on the Dream in November 2012 to Bermuda. We have a great time and met a fantastic family on that cruise. My parents are booked but may cancel due to cost and my boyfriend is kinda iffy about going. So it may just be myself and my sons again. Felt bad for my boys last year cause they didn't want to leave mom by herself and almost never went to the teen sections. Would be great to meet people with kids in the same age range.
Also, looking to see if there are any formal or semiformal evenings on the ship. When we went on the Dream it stated that no jeans or shorts were allowed but every evening we were surrounded by families dressed in jeans for their dinner attire. so finally on the pirate evening I told my boys to wear jeans since they were noticing that they were well dressed in khakis while others were dressed down.
