We are taking a second cruise very close to the first one. For those that have done this, do you see the same entertainers on board? I am hoping to have some differences to have a variety. We may see a movie instead of the evening show. What other things do you do to make the cruises not seem the same? thanks!

Are you talking about two DCL cruises? The individual entertainers (GENERALLY) tend to switch out in the middle of each cruise. At least on the Fantasy. So, on our B2B (two consecutive cruises) we had the same individual entertainers at the beginning of the first cruise that we had at the end of our second cruise.

Now, that can change, when entertainer's contracts are up. For example you have Entertainers A, B, C, & D.

First cruise A & B perform and switch with C & D for second half of cruise. Next cruise C & D start the cruise, but at the mid point switch A's contract was over so now you have E & B joining. Then the next cruise E & B start the cruise and switch with C & D. and so on......

There is often some repeating on cruises that are close together.

Many times there are different things offered at the same time, so you can just go do the "other" thing you didn't do the first cruise. Or just spend some time at the pool.
