Any one else on the Trolly the woman on the Moped ran into in Key West?

i wasn't on the trolley, but was walking the other way when i heard it. were you on the trolley? we saw the lady on the gurney with a neck brace on...

yes I was on the Trolly. I am an EMT and got off to make sure she was okay. She was not from a cruise she was just there viseting. There was a lot of commotion, I was wondering how many ppl from this board were there to see it. I didnt acctually see her hit and i was kind of wondering what happened.

i thought someone hit a parked car. but after watching some people on mopeds driving throughout key west, i'm amazed there aren't more accidents. people drive crazy. what were some of her injuries? i didn't see any blood...thank goodness...

yeah, I didn't think we had been hit - i thought maybe some one hit a parked car also.

She cut her right elbow pretty bad, I am sure she had stiches. She also cut her head, but I think that was about it. Lucky lady, she was not wearing a helmet, it could have been a lot worse. She was a bit out of it...but then she was okay. I think she was just really embarrassed.

When we got back to our stateroom the Disney had left us a note making sure we were all okay.
