Cruise to resort transfers

I just have a quick question about luggage. If you do a Disney transfer from the cruise to a Disney resort. Do you have to pick up your bags at the port and take them to the bus or do they just wind up in your room at the resort?

You have to pick up your bags and take them through customs with you. You will then put them on the bus and take them off when you get to the resort. No automatic pickup and delivery.

Correct. It's different from when you go to the port where luggage is taken care of to your cabin.

DCL does have porters and carts to assist you with the luggage -- it's not like you're completely on your own to juggle the bags along with the kids.
