Interested in experiences doing two cruises with parks in the middle? I'm looking at a 3 night Dream and 7 night eastern next August with 5 nights at the parks in between (we're DVC so the hotel would be with points). The prices for both cruises are reasonable for these particular dates. This is our 6th cruise (well, 6 and 7) and were looking at the CC double dip but the dates we'd want are over $6k for the 5 nights. Going to this 10 night option is about $8300 (verandah base rates).

I would not enjoy the packing and unpacking that would need to happen. But if you had some place to store the park luggage separately then it might work.

We've been doing park/cruise back to back along with hotel stops during the drive down from MA so the packing thing I've got down pretty well. We drive usually so if there are items we don't need for one or the other we can store them in our trunk.

We did that but a lot smaller a couple years back. Wonder, 2 nights in parks and then 7 night Fantasy. It was an awesome trip. I wouldn't hesitate to do what you have planned above. Have a great trip!

No experience, but we are doing 2 nights at BLT, a 4 night Dream Cruise that begins on NYE, 2 nights at Disney’s Vero Beach, then a 5 night Magic Cruise, beginning December 29....so we hope it works out wonderfully for you!:boat:

We are going to have less of a sandwich and more of a whopper next summer in Europe. The DCL Med cruise, overland for a couple of weeks in Europe, and then the DCL Baltic cruise. We are treating it as a DIY DCL grand voyage.:)

Thank you. We are hoping to miss some snow and cold weather back home.
It worked this year, in early January we were on Princess and Cape May was hit by a major snowstorm!

I would do it if you are saving a lot of money. The days that you have to travel to and from the port are going to feel wasted (I think) and would probably be better spend doing land then b2b. but if it saves a few thousand$$, then the hassle and wasted time oftravel to and from port would be worth it to me.
