Cruise Line Disney Magic Thank You

I found this Thank you some time ago. I think Natalie did it but I'm not sure. Does any one have this for the Disney Magic? I have a few other designs too but this one is my favorite. Any help to locate or if anyone could create one that would be "Magic"al.
