We have just paid off our Cruise for December, and the lady on the phone said we need to provide our passport information and guest data 90 days before departure?!

Also she said we have to make sure we have all our forms filled in by the time we get to port canaveral??

Of course my dear little fiance didnt think to ask for details on this! Can anyone help me? What do i need to do?

TIA :goodvibes

Not sure about the first part, but all the forms that you need to fill out to hand in at Port Canavral will be sent with your cruise tickets, ours were when we booked directly with DCL :thumbsup2

Hi Laura

I didn't realise that they need this stuff at 90 days, I'd better get my info sorted.

If you go onto the Disney Cruise Line website, and then bring up your booking reference/confirmation number, you can then fill in all these forms on-line.

These forms are also printed in your documents, which you need to fill in before you get to Port Canaveral, but if you do them on-line and print them off, it saves you writing them out.

Thanks for letting me know about the 90 day mark

Mandy :)

we are at the 50 day and have not been asked for any thing yet
as Mandy said if you go to the web site and check there
they ask for the birthday of the lead name but if that dosen't work try everyone elses dates

you can book excuisions and the kids clubs there as well

What cruise are you going on
This is our first so we are only doing a 3 day one
wish now it was the 7 day :wizard:
well maybe next time

syill haven't told anyone yet

the cruise forum here is very good snd the cruise meet
to see who is cruising with you

I don't think you have to supply the information 90 days before - I only filled in ours very recently as dh to be was away and I didn't have his passport number - the forms are similar to the advanced passenger information you have to give airlines before you fly. Don't worry!

Thanks for that, i think Gary got completely confused by whatever she was saying!

Thank god for the DIS!!!

This is my first cruise too so im also doing a 3 day!

No, more likely the travel agent not knowing what she is talking about... At 90 days, cruise travel agents in the UK generally require payment in full (whereas in the US, they only need full payment 60 days out).

A 3 day cruise??? They will be ripping your little hands away from the ship's balcony railing when you come to disembark... ;)

You will have a FANTASTIC time... just a shame it is only 3 days (just as you get into it, it will be time to leave! :( ). You will see what I mean. Still, will be a great "taster" :)

Hi Laura, better yet - book whilst you're on board you make great savings and usually get shipboard credit too!! You can always change the dates at a later date if you're not too sure on when you can cruise - I do this every time I go on board LOL
