We're thinking of crusing again and stumbled upon Vacations to Go web site through AOL. They claim to be offering discounts of 40% on some cruises. I thought Disney only offers minimal discounts, is this possible?

The only discounts DCL offers are early booking savings and some discounted rates for Florida residents. Their early booking savings ALONE can be up to 40% off the brochure rates, so a travel agency claiming they have discounts to 40% isn't claiming much. It's the same as what you would get through DCL.

That said, some TAs do discount the prices further with rebates (such as Dreams Unlimited) or other discounts. You should compare quotes from different sources and be sure you are comparing "apples to apples" and all quotes include port charges, taxes and government fees, as well as any extras you want such as insurance, transfers or airfare.
