I was just wondering if cast members get 80% off of all cruises or just a select few?

I had thought it was only 50%....

Anyways, the discounted cruises are posted on the hub 3 weeks before the cruise leaves, and it is only those that have space available.

Normal discount is 15%, space available are the ones with the really good discount and will be put up a few weeks before (maybe more if they really need to sell the ship)

Disney Cruise Line actually no longer offers confirmed-space discounts to Cast Members. Space Available discounts are the only type that are available, subject to business needs.
