Someone from our cruise group is on the Wonder right now and said the CD is Clayton.

Maybe Clauton took a few days off. Leslie did say that her family was on the ship, so that may be why.

I can relate to the OP's curiosity. We enjoy our Disney cruises and like anticipating which CM we might see again on our next cruise. People on the Boards often ask about different servers and bartenders so I would think that wondering about the captain and CD would be a natural question. I guess I would have a harder time relating to someone who had no interest or curiosity about those principal positions.

Really? A harder time relating to someone who had NO INTEREST who the captain or CD was?? Me thinks this is OCD to an unhealthy level.... If you need a specific capt or CD to "set the tone" of your vacation, then perhaps you would be better off on land... When was the last time you asked who the pilot of your flight to Orlando was? Or manager at your hotel?

Just got off the Wonder on Friday and Clayton was the Cruise Director and Robert was the captain. Clayton was so funny. He did the Carlton the first night and told us to do it if we ran into him so he could tell if we were having fun.
