Heya-
Has anyone on here have any experience (or know anyone with any experience) with Crohn's and Disney cruises? We've been playing around with the idea of a fall family cruise (short, 4 day out of Florida) but I don't know anything about cruising- and worried about what impact it might have with someone with Crohn's.... Parks we can handle-:thumbsup2 ship, maybe not so much... :confused3

Thanks-

I have IBS and I scope out the restrooms near the restaurants. Just know your triggers and try to avoid them. You can enjoy yourself. If you have specific food allergies or requirements you can fill out a medical form which is online at dcl or just go to restaurant changes when you board talk to the manager. I try to stay away from gravies and will order the alternative entrée which is plain chicken, steak or salmon.

My daughter has crohns and has gone on several cruises. The chefs on board are more than willing to substitute items or remove sauces, etc. that may be a problem. They will fix something special upon request. There is also always a buffet available so she could pick and choose items.
