Is it better to make PS for Cindies ouse ona early opening MK day or when the early park is some other park.

Well, I would try for a non EE MK day, but with CRT, you can't really be too picky. Those PS's are hard to come by. If you really want to go, I'd try for each day of your trip. You can always cancel one if you get a better day later.
