Help, ok I know almost nothing about CRT. I would love any help in deciding best time to go and does anyone know the number and/or website to book reservations? THANKS!!!!

You simply call Disney dining to make ressies. 407-wdw-dine. You can't make any dining ressie over the internet.

As for the best time to dine, breakfast and lunch are character meals...while dinner is not considered a character meal. So, first, you want to know if you want the characters to roam around for sigs and pics...then pick what works best with your plans or what menu appeals better...We did lunch simply because I was making an ADR for a trip that we planned all of one month in advance...I was happy to get whatever I could that was the character meal! But I really enjoyed our lunch...if you have any more specific questions...I'm happy to share what I know...
