CRT worth the 2TS

We are travelling to WDW in August and staying at PQFQ. This will be our childrens first trip - son 8 and daughter 5. We have been only once before. We have a dinner booked at CRT - is it worth the 2 TS? - Is it something you have to do once ? I have a breakfast booked at Akershus for the princess interaction.

At dinner, princesses do not visit your table. They only do that at breakfast and lunch.

I like breakfast there and find the atmosphere is lovely and worth the price (I pay OOP for it). But if you've already got Akershus, I'd skip CRT and just do that. I think one or the other is worth it on the same trip, but I personally wouldn't do both, and if I were going to pay for CRT, I'd do it at a meal when the kids could meet princesses at the table.
