CRT with DDP and TIW in the one group

I am about to make an ADR for CRT and I am unsure about the prepaying.

We are two families going together as one group, one on DDP and one using TIW. What happens when I book online?

Will I be paying for the whole group on my credit card, then at the restaurant I show TIW and they will refund the difference? And what about the friends who are going to use DDP to pay for the meal?

When I book is there somewhere that I can say, how many on that ADR are going to pay with DDP and how many will not be using DDP?

If we were to make two separate ADR's one for each familiy at the same time, will we be able to combine our group when we get to the restaurant? (it will be 6 people combined)
