We have been to Alershus twice. 2011, 2013 and now my second daughters birthday is next weekend and although she really asked to have tea with Aurora ($200/child? Sorry, darling :/), I snagged a reservation for Akershus. We've done breakfast and dinner and this reservation is for lunch. Although we love it there, I'm wondering if CRT is as good of an experience? Initially, I read Akershus for sure, but I'm will to do CRT if it's not too rushed and worth it for our group of 7. Pros? Cons? Price difference?
Thanks!!

CRT is more expensive, like anything else you are paying for.....location, location, location! Lol

Princesses are the same. Akershus does princess parade, CRT does not.

Menus are different, so take a look if there is a meal preference.

My girls prefer CRT bc they know it's the castle! One time we did a dinner at time of fireworks.....that was a cool point of view, and something different.

Oh and also....CRT is a pay for in advance..... Something to keep in mind.

CRT brft is our favorite of the 2. We have done both twice - location for us, there's no comparison - castle is just magical. It is beautiful inside, and you get the wand and wishing star, and they do a little wishing ceremony too. We enjoy the food and have not felt rushed at all. We also love 1900 PF with Cinderella and stepsisters if you've not tried that one.

That sounds amazing...Hope someday I can snag a ressie for my princess <3
Our trips are usually pretty last minute :-(
