CRT Tipping

Ok so I dunno if this belongs here, if not please move.

My question is since the CRT tip is included in the price, should I tip oop too? How many just go with the tip in the price? How many tip more?

When we went to CRT last year for lunch, we didn't tip anything additional OOP. I figured that that $90+ pricetage for the lunch was MORE than enough. (Hope I didn't short my server......who we barely saw the entire meal)
