Let me start by saying that I have not been to CRT since January 2002 when it was only a Breakfast & the breakfast was the hottest ticket in town. Looks like a lot has changed since then!

Now it looks like there is a breakfast, lunch & dinner??? Is the breakfast the tough reservation to get....or are all 3 meals just as popular & diffucult to get as the breakfast? If you are on the DDP...how many credits are used for these meals? TIA for any info! :goodvibes

Hard 2 GET N 2 is an understatement;) all three meals breakfast, lunch, and dinner take 2 credits from the dinner plan hope this helps!

CRT takes 2 TS credits. I have never ate there, but we are planning on eating there on our next trip. Our boys want to eat in the castle. I heard that they give the boys swords, so hopefully they will not mind all of the princess stuff if they have a sword. I want a breakfast reservation, and I too have heard that it is really difficult to get in. I am planning on starting to call at 6:55 am on our 180 day out mark.

Breakfast is still tough, but I've always been able to get a lunch reservation after the 180 day mark. I just booked lunch at CRT for January this week for a party of four. Lunch has the same characters and I like the food. Personally, we like to hit the park as soon as it opens and then take a break for lunch, so this works for us.

We've also had dinner there - all the princesses aren't there - only meet and greet with Cinderella before dinner. The mice and Fairy Godmother do a show during dinner.

I was able to get lunch at the time I wanted. I called at our 180 days at 7am. Good luck getting your reservation.

We do breakfast every trip. We love the food, being in the castle, and the interaction. The girls get wands and the boy get swords, though you can request either. We call 180 days from our date of check in at 6:59 am and keep trying till we get the welcome message and have been lucky enough to get in each trip but oone (several years ago when I didn't know about the plus 10 thing). I can't comment on lunch or dinner because we love the breakfast so much...

I called on our 180 day mark and got right through. The CM I spoke to would only let me book the breakfast for the first day of our trip - not for the day I wanted. She told me I would have to call back later in the week if I wanted a later date. She then transferred me to another CM to book my CM ressies who did let me book the date I wanted during our trip. I called back about an hour later, got a different CM and was able to book breakfast at CRT on the day I wanted at 8:10 with no problems. So for now I have 2 breakfast ressies at CRT during our March trip. Probably won't cancel the first one until I'm able to make the rest of our ADR's.

When I called about Dinner the Castmember told me they only have the Chractures at lunch and breakfast!:confused3

I had no trouble at all getting my ADR here at the time and day I wanted and it was well after the 180 day mark that I called. I've found that with all my choices. I'm going in Feb so maybe I just got lucky :confused3

I got breakfast 180 days out. But last Thurs. we decided to do the free dining in Dec. and I called and just asked what was available for lunch or breakfast (even though breakfast was what I wanted, but you can't be picky this late calling). I got lunch at 1:15 on the Mon. I was surprised there was anything available. If you can't get in, keep calling, there are always cancellations. I had to cancell my breakfast ones in Jan. So you never know! Good luck.

They have characters at CRT during dinner, they just don't do the meet-n-greet the same as breakfast and lunch with multiple princesses. For the CRT dinner Cinderella will greet you in the lobby and your family will get their picture taken with her (photo package is included in the price of the meal and on the dining plan). Then at dinner upstairs, the Fairy Godmother and the mice will do a little song and dance, but they will not sign autographs.

As for getting reservations, I would still call at the 180 day mark for breakfast, but the lunch and dinner seatings are not as hard to get ADRs for. I think the fact that the meal is 2 table service credits on the DDP and that it cost about $45.00 per person if you are paying out of pocket, has cut down somewhat on the popularity of CRT.
