hi
could you please tell me how you ordered them? do you pay in advance or when you get there? we have ressies for dinner at CRT, one of my friends can only eat white chocolate (allergic to milk and dark) so i have to make sure it's white!! i thought that crt only done the dark one, also what is the code to call florida? have never done it before!!

You need to call the Disney Cake Hotline, 407-824-7091 and give them your reservation. I believe you pay at mealtime. Make sure you tell them about the chocolate concerns...we got the white chocolate slipper and I believe it came with choc mouse and maybe even choc drizzle/syrup.

We ordered two at CRT before one white and white dark chocolate. We called 407 827-2253 which is the cake hotline. It was really easy to order. For us we only had a credit card "hold" then when we were at CRT we paid for them.

ahh thank you both for your help :thumbsup2

one last question what is the code to ring florida?

thanx :)

Hope I gave you the right number, I noticed mine is different from the other poster...that's the number I had in my phone. Worth the money in my opinion. Specialty dessert that you can only get there and one other restaurant I believe. We got one for my mother's birthday and everyone at nearby tables were like "How can you get that?" I wanted to say "Do your research on the Disboards":thumbsup2

I think I paid 12.50 per slipper at CRT plus tax and tip.

Thanks! I was wondering how to do this as well and how much it would cost. I'm going to call and order a mini wedding cake for one night for my future hubby and I to try on our honeymoon in Feb. Yay! :cloud9:

You can actually just email them. That is how I ordered my daughter's cake.

Bummer I tried this email and it didn't work :sad2: Any other options?

We are in South Africa, and email is just so much easier than phoning!! ;)

Never mind, it did work!!!!

So excited to get the reply email - especially the "lady Kathryn" bit :rotfl::rotfl:

Thanks! :thumbsup2

You can also get the slipper dessert at Narcoossee's and I think at the other GF restaurants as well. We ordered one at CRT in January as well. It was very nice but DD6 didn't want to eat it because she didn't want to wreck it. We ate the fruit and white cake thing that it sits on. They actually offered to box the slipper up so we took it back to the hotel and she looked at it a few time until we threw it out :rotfl: Little girls will especially like it, but I probably would only order it once. Maybe when DD is older she will actually be willing to eat it

My family will be making our first trip to WDW in October and my girls love anything Disney Princess. Can someone tell me what this is exactly? Thanks.

If you look on my links at the bottom of my signature there are links for Disney food pictures in those are pictures of the slippers I have ordered. They are chocolate slippers you eat and they are filled with mousse and depending on where you order it from can come with a small quare of angel food cake and berries or a swirl with a chocolate next to it. i ordered mine from CRT so that is the version I have pictures of.
