I'm not sure if it's been stressed enough (if it has, sorry ), but a perk to using Dreams Unlimited is that they get your ressies for you. I know it's not a "guarantee" thing when they try and make them, but Jason my DU TA landed me a CRT breakfast and all I had to do is ask. I just got the terrific email this week.

We're going to WDW the last week of Nov/early Dec and that may have something to do with the good luck. He was able to get my second choice and that's more than good enough! 11/29, woohoo!



Maybe other agencies do ressies as well, but when I went to WDW before in 2003 my TA (not Dreams Unlimited) didn't have that service. I spent something close to $40 in phone bills trying to get CRT then (there wasn't a 1800 #); very stressful.

Anyways, something to consider perhaps the next time you go. A definite perk!

just a note to add.. you don't have to call long distance to get dining.. call 1-800-828-0228 press 3 for dining... just an idea.. it can save a little money..

Thanks and I'm glad you posted the number. Didn't have that back in 2003. I believe then there was a 1800 but it was for DVC people or something like that...

We have always booked through DU (until DVC) and have gotten not only CRT but Illuminations cruises also, always when we wanted them.

I had a similar experience with Small World Vacations -- our TA got us a CRT ressie on the very first day we asked her to try, even though DH and I had been trying each day too and neither of us succeeded! She got all of the other ressies we asked for, too, and all in all saved me a LOT of time and headache.

I know some people prefer to make their own ressies instead of going through a TA, but I'm a bit spoiled on using one now, I think

Wow, that was Small World? I'm not sure but I think we went through Small World back in OCT 2003--the TA was awesome, but she told me right out that they didn't do ressies. 'Course that was two years ago

I am a Disney TA and I not only make ADR's for my clients but do Itinerary planning as well. It is good to hear that people like that kind of service.

Yes, it was definitely Small World Vacations! Our TA's name is Missy. I hadn't realized they did that at first, and then when re-reading the confirmation email she had sent I noticed she said she'd be happy to help with meal reservations if we wanted. I figured it couldn't hurt to let her try, too, and -- voila! 12 hours later, CRT reservation!

I've changed stuff around and added things several times, and every time, she's gotten back with me faster than I would have expected. Once she even noticed I had asked for a CP breakfast ressie for the morning we were leaving for FL, and realizing we wouldn't *be* there yet, she correctly figured out that I had actually meant I wanted it for the first day we'd be there, and corrected my mistake for me. I just can't rave enough about how helpful she's been.
