CRT Reimbursement?

We originally had a reservation for 5 this past Thursday at CRT for breakfast. Unfortunately, the dreaded flu bug hit our family and took out 3 members of our party. :faint: My wife and daughter were able to make the breakfast, which was great because it was her 9th birthday! :cool1: She was told by the server that our credit card would be charged back the difference. However, she was not given any receipt with this information. Does anyone know if it is standard procedure not to receive a receipt and how long it typically takes for the credit card to be charged back?

(Oh, and by all reports from my DD, breakfast "rocked!":thumbsup2 )

Were you able to cancel the extra people? I believe that you will be charged for the no shows. If, I am incorrect, please correct me someone, but that is what I was told before.
 
The person who checked us in said to make sure to ask for a receipt upstairs (we paid OOP when we made the ressie, but then switched the the DDP). We asked but they said we could not get a receipt because they don't handle any money there at all. The server gave us a business card in case we had problems. It was credited before we got back home I think.
