CRT Question

Is the CRT lunch an AR only meal? Meaning, do they book all of the tables thru AR's, or do they leave a few for walk up customers?

Of course I ask this because the lunch that I want to go to doesn't have anything available and I wanted to see if it's possible to get seated without an AR.

When are you going? If its more than 45 days away , i would check back at the 44 day mark since that is when people usually cancel by

I've been trying to get a dinner ADR at CRT by calling daily hoping for a cancellation. When I called yesterday the CM told me she had availability all evening at CRT. I was thrilled until she told me it was for a party of 4. Seems they have very few tables for small parties and aren't allowed to do ADRs for a 4 top for a single diner. She suggested I walk up and get put on the list about an hour before I want to eat. She said they hold spaces for walk ups. I'm not sure I believe it but I guess I don't have any choice.

CarolynNC--when are you going? we (my dd and myself) will be there 10-22 through 10-28 and would love to make it 3 if that would make it possible for us to eat at CRT.
