CRT Online ADR Credit Card Guarantee or Payment?

I made my ADRs this morning online for CRT Dinner one day and CRT breakfast another day. I had to enter my credit card information online and it says I made a total payment of $326.xx on the dining confirmation email I received.

A bit ago I called the ADR line to see if I could changed the breakfast to a later time. The CM couldn't adjust my time in that adr, she had to make a new ADR and cancel the old one. She said that $149.xx would be refunded back to my credit card for the old reservation and the new reservation would be guaranteed with my credit card but I could use my DDP TS's to pay for it.

So after I hang up I start thinking about it... is my CRT dinner adr paid for with the credit card or with DDP TS meals? Since dinner is $176, I'd rather pay for that one with my DDP and pay OOP for the CRT breakfast that is cheaper.

Should I call back or can someone here explain how it works to me?

My understanding is that the card is charged that day, if you choose to use the credit card or I would think if they do it earlier they can credit your card and charge against the DDP. This is to make sure that you show up! I have done it before and no charges have shown up except for the actual meal itself.
