CRT on MNSSHP Night

Does anyone know if you can eat at CRT after 7pm on a night where there is MNSSHP? Obviously, you would have to have a ticket for the party, but is it open later on these nights?

Also, does anyone know where you pick up your birthday button/gift card at Epcot if you enter at the International Gateway?
