All of my reservations say they are Guaranteed by CC except for Cinderella's Royal Table? Why is this? I am using the DDP.

CRT isn't ever guaranteed by a credit card. It's pre-paid.

It shows "guaranteed by credit card" if you book it by paying in advance, and "not guaranteed by credit card" if you book it with dining credits. You have the option to choose at booking, if your Disney Dining Plan has been linked to your account and you book online. As far as I understand, you still have the option to pay the other way at the time of your reservation. For example, if you book with credits, I believe you can still tell them you would like to pay out of pocket when you arrive.

All of my other ones say Guaranteed by Credit Card, but I have no charges on my card. Could this be because the dining plan option was selected? My TA set this up, not me.

That just means that if you don't show for your reservation, (or cancel in time), your credit card will be charged $10 per person.

Not $10 per person. If you don't show for CRT, you're billed the entire amount.

Because your booking was on DDP, you did not have to pay upfront, your credit card was just used to guarantee the reservation; it was not charged at this time. Dining credits don't guarantee anything. At the time you book, you don't even have any dining credits; they don't exist until after your resort check-in.

I hope your travel agent has you up to date on the cancellation polices for CRT, I believe it is 2 days, not one, and if you are a no-show you're billed the entire cost of the meal.

I was replying to her message about her "other" reservations, other than CRT. That's correct, you will be billed the full amount for no-show at CRT. I believe the 2 day cancellation policy only applies to dinner shows but I would double check on that.
