I did a search, but the search engine just pulled years old threads and I was hoping to get some more recent input. This is a once in a lifetime trip for us, so I want it to be perfect. Unfortunately, CRT late breakfast is sold out for my dates.. (last week of August, 2008, party of 5). I was able to book CRT lunch at 12:15 on one of my dates. I was really hoping for a late breakfast..I think the menu is better. I am not sure yet if we are going to be doing DDP or paying OOP. Obviously, for OOP breakfast is better, and the menu is better too. But I am really worried about the characters. I really want my 4 year old to see as many princesses as possible. That's the whole reason we are doing this. When I made the ADR, the CM was very vague. Also, will my kids get the wands that they would for breakfast? Am I going to be disapointed? Should I call back and try to get breakfast? I originally had an 8:30am on our first park day, but cancelled that..I am not sure if my fam is going to be up for a big breakfast and sitting still when they JUST got to the parks, you know? Plus, since it is arrival day, it's so hard to be sure if everyone will be raring to go that we can leave the room at 7am, or if sleeping in will be in order from all that driving. I won't know till it happens. Anyway... Help! Should I go for CRT breakfast, or will we get the whole experience at lunch? Thanks SOOO much!

We love lunch there !! I don't think there is any difference in activities etc, kids all get the wands/swords, there is the little magic moments and the characters. Just the difference in food, and we enjoy our big meal at lunch time.

I would keep trying for the breakfast. It's not the castle, but the princess breakfast at Norway is very nice as well. We have done CRT and Norway breakfast, and 1900 Park Fare dinner (Cinderella). CRT was the best, with 1900 Park Fare a close second. We did like Norway, but waited 45 minutes to be seated, so it lost a bit of magic for us.
