CRT- gratuity?- No DDP

We've never been to CRT without a DDP. I'm wondering if the gratuity is not included if you are paying out of pocket. Experiences? Does the same apply to all meal times?

Gratuity is included with meals at CRT, whether you are paying OOP or on the dining plan.

The dining plan doesn't actually include any gratuities (except for the dining experiences that specifically state they are included - CRT, Hoop Dee Doo and Spirit of Aloha).

No problem! DDP is used by some to make their vacation more "all inclusive" but as a wife of a restaurant worker I have to add the disclaimer that tips are not part of the deal LOL
