CRT for Breakfast and BBBoutique

Hi there! I am hoping to be lucky enough to snag a reservation for 6 at Cinderella's Royal Table for Breakfast in March and have a visit to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in the castle beforehand for my DD (3). Any suggestions on the following:

times for each?
how long it will take in the BBB so I know when to get the dining res?
How to successfully get the reservations?
Can I get BBB reservations on the ADR phone number to best coordinate or book it somehow online?
Any other BBBtips or CRT tips/suggestions are very much appreciated!!

1) Schdule at least 90-minutes for BBB.
2) It should take up to 1-hr.
3) But, it could take a while to get to your ressie.
4) Tips on how to get it - call, call, call.

It depends on which package you are choosing at the BBB. If you are going whole-hog and getting the big package, I would plan atleast 90 minutes. The BBB opens at 9am, so that makes your breakfast at 10:30 at the earliest. We are going in 3 weeks and have planned the BBB at 10 and lunch at 12:20 at CRT.
To get a ressie at CRT I used the online ADR system and was on at exactly 6am. No problems, and thats during free dining
